Co-founded REURASIA in 2016 and serves as President. Leads the company's Philippine corporate, regulatory and stakeholder side. Regional Vice President, JCI Philippines (Central Luzon).

Maxime Droit
CEO
Civil engineer, Ecole Centrale Marseille; MSc Renewable Energies, Swansea. With AREVA Bioenergy, construction manager on 9.9 MWe biomass plants in Thailand (2013 to 2015) and construction and commissioning manager of the 12 MWe GIFT plant in Nueva Ecija (2015 to 2016). Co-founded REURASIA in 2016 when AREVA closed its bioenergy business, and has led its engineering, EPC and O&M work since, including the Belgrade 40 MWe alternator factory test for CNIM Martin and the Biosfair digester.

Site operations
The boiler house at Cabuyao: pumps, vessels and the access stairs the operators work from BECIS, Cabuyao, Laguna. Our operators, technicians, safety officers and fuel handlers run the 18 TPH boiler in three 8-hour shifts, seven days a week.
A digester module being craned onto its foundation at San Pablo City Biosfair, San Pablo City, Laguna. Our team runs the containerised digester: feeding, gas measurement, digestate handling, and the records the Gold Standard listing asks for.
Foundations at Tagaytay: footings poured, rebar starters up and the ground beams trenched Tagaytay, Cavite. Our own site workers, with a project manager on site, build the first capsule from earthworks to commissioning.
Head office
A main-office team of 12 covers finance, HR, purchasing, quality and EHS, and the IMS platform.
