REURASIAManagement Corporation

Developers and technology providers

A pipeline or a technology needs Philippine execution: sites, permits, construction and an operator who is still there years after commissioning. We are the local execution partner for that.

The first step is a memo, not a meeting

Before any alliance we write a short partner qualification memo. It records who controls site, feedstock, technology, capital and offtake today, what the near-term milestone is, and which role you need filled. If those answers exist, we move fast. If they do not, the memo says what has to be established first, and by whom.

The Philippines is where we build and operate. Selected assignments have taken the team to Europe, India and West Africa, and Cambodia and Vietnam are a direction, not a promise.

Where a project fits the group's portfolio, ADL Group can co-invest alongside the developer.

The roles we fill

Origination
Sites, feedstock and offtakers we already know, screened against your technology.
Feasibility
Site, waste and offtake validation on the ground, with Philippine costs, before a term sheet is written.
Permitting
The path through the DOE, ERC, DENR, BOI and NGCP, each with its own clock, run by people who have done it.
EPC
Engineering, procurement and construction management with our own site teams.
O&M
Operation under a multi-year contract with availability targets, so the plant is still run properly in year eight.

Working with Japanese and European partners

For Nippon Koei we supported a biomass market study for Kubota, and Kubota’s look at agricultural-market opportunities in the Philippines. For Chodai we delivered the basic engineering of a 5 MWe coconut-processing and biomass cogeneration plant in Aurora. For Knauf we audited boilers and trained O&M staff at plants in Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, China and the Philippines. For the European Union we carried out technical due diligence on a 6 MWe biomass plant.

What the memo asks

  1. 1.Which of site, feedstock, technology, capital and offtake do you control today?
  2. 2.What is the next milestone, and what date is attached to it?
  3. 3.Has the project been screened against the DOE and ERC process?
  4. 4.What role do you need filled: origination, feasibility, permitting, EPC or O&M?
  5. 5.Who decides on your side, and when?

Send those five answers and we return the memo within a week. Request the partner qualification memo.

Tell us about your site

What the site produces, what you pay to dispose of it, and what you pay for energy. An engineer reads it and comes back with the first step.
