What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, company, and message. The site also uses Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation, to understand aggregate visits: which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, never who they are. When you send an enquiry or register for the briefing, Analytics records that a form was completed, and Google Ads reads that count through Analytics so we can see which advertisements lead to real enquiries. That signal carries no name, email or message; ad personalisation and Google Signals are switched off, and the site loads no advertising script of its own.

The address of the page you arrived on, the page that referred you and any campaign labels in that link are kept in your browser for the length of your visit, and attached to an enquiry if you send one, so we know which page or advertisement brought you. Nothing of this is stored in your browser after the tab closes.

To keep Google Analytics from seeing your visits, use your browser’s tracking protection or content blocker, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The enquiry form works either way.

What we use it for

Enquiry details go into REURASIA Management Corporation’s internal management system so the right person can read and answer you, and so the conversation has a record. We use your details to respond to your enquiry and for the business relationship that may follow. We do not sell or trade personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Where it lives and how long

Enquiries are stored in our internal systems, access-controlled to the staff who handle them. We keep enquiry records for as long as they are commercially relevant, and delete them on request where no legal or contractual obligation requires keeping them.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send any such request through the contact form and it will reach the responsible person.
