About REURASIA
An engineering company with its own plants to show for it. Founded in 2016 by the team whose biomass EPC record carried into the new company.
Company overview
REURASIA was created in 2016 as a joint venture between Full Advantage Philippines Incorporated, a local developer, and former engineers of AREVA Bioenergy. That team of 54 engineers had built biomass power plants across India, Thailand and the Philippines, and its EPC record carried into the new company.
Founded in 2016 by Maxime Droit and Carla Abesamis, the company set out to do in the Philippines what its engineers had done across Asia: engineer, build and operate plants that turn biomass and organic waste into electricity, gas and heat for industry.
From the Philippines, the group opened in France and India in 2020, and has worked as a consultant for the European Union and the Philippine Department of Energy. Selected assignments have taken the team to Europe, India and West Africa; the Philippines is where we build and operate.
REURASIA runs on its own integrated management system: one platform for people, projects, purchasing, quality, safety and documents, built on the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 way of working.

Ownership and group
REURASIA is owned by two shareholder groups. ADL Group is the holding company of the founders. Full Advantage Philippines International is a Philippine renewable-energy developer with its own portfolio of solar, biomass and waste-to-energy projects.
Full Advantage's portfolio gives REURASIA a pipeline of projects to engineer, build and operate, and a team that has taken biomass plants in the Philippines from permit to commissioning, including GIFT in Nueva Ecija and HGEC in Bulacan. Several of these projects are open to co-development or investment; enquiries go to the contact page.
