Every opening here is open today, straight from our recruitment register.
We hire engineers who want to run plants, not only design them: the same people who write the scheme are on site when it is commissioned and on the phone when it trips.
Most of the company is operators and technicians on shift at the plants we operate, with supervisors and a safety officer alongside them.
The rest is the office in Makati — finance, HR, purchasing, quality and EHS — which is small on purpose and carries real responsibility because of it.
