The problem it answers
An energy plant's business case is written at high availability, but availability is earned in operation: preventive maintenance actually done on schedule, spares actually on the shelf, operators actually trained on the equipment they run. A plant that slips from its availability target quietly loses the margin it was built for.
What we do
We operate and maintain renewable-energy plants under contract: planned maintenance programmes, spare-parts management, performance monitoring and reporting, and the site engineering to diagnose and fix what monitoring finds. Our teams are Philippine-based and work on the equipment classes we build ourselves: boilers, digesters, engines and the balance of plant around them. At BECIS, Cabuyao, 21 operators and technicians run an 18 TPH biomass boiler around the clock.
Where it leads
O&M is a long relationship, and it usually starts small: a maintenance assessment of the current plant, a scoped contract for one system, then wider scope as the results show up in the availability numbers.
