EPC and project development
Feasibility, permitting, engineering, procurement and construction management of biomass and waste-to-energy plants in the Philippines, with our own site teams.
Where a project fits the group's portfolio, ADL Group can co-invest alongside the developer.
The problem it answers
Renewable-energy projects in the Philippines fail less on technology than on execution: permits, sites, local construction, commissioning, and the operational follow-through after handover. Developers, investors and technology providers need a partner who is accountable on the ground and still there after financial close.
What we do
For waste and biomass energy facilities we deliver as EPC contractor: design, procurement, construction and commissioning, with our own site teams. For developers and technology providers we work as the local execution partner: project origination, feasibility, permitting support, construction and O&M, with the commercial role agreed in writing at the start.
How we engage
Partnership conversations start with the project reality: who controls the site, the feedstock, the technology, the capital and the offtake, and what the near-term milestone is. When those answers exist, we move fast; when they do not, we help establish them first.
The first step
Tell us about the project and the role you need filled. We respond with a qualification call.
Sectors where this is usually the right first step: developers and technology providers.
Tell us about your site
What the site produces, what you pay to dispose of it, and what you pay for energy. An engineer reads it and comes back with the first step.
