What we did
Boiler firing operation and maintenance: 21 operators and technicians, three 8-hour shifts, seven days a week, inside an active industrial site.
Scope
Fuel reception and handling. Boiler firing and steam production. Ash handling. Cleaning, spares, repairs and routine maintenance. Site reporting. Safety, with a dedicated safety officer on site. Operational continuity for the client’s production.
Outcome
Continuous operation since 2025 inside a live manufacturing site.
