REURASIA takes over the operation and maintenance of an 18 TPH biomass boiler for BECIS at Cabuyao

CABUYAO, Laguna — REURASIA started in May 2025 the operation and maintenance of an 18 TPH biomass steam boiler for BECIS, inside an active industrial site in Cabuyao, Laguna, under a multi-year contract.

The scope is the whole boiler house: fuel reception and handling, boiler firing and steam production, ash handling, cleaning, spares, repairs and routine maintenance, site reporting, and safety with a dedicated safety officer on site. The client's production runs on the steam, so the contract is measured on continuity.

Twenty-one REURASIA operators, technicians, safety officers and fuel handlers run the plant in three 8-hour shifts, seven days a week. It is the first plant the company runs on a client's site with its own crew, and the model it now proposes to other manufacturers with a fuel-fired boiler.
