Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the civil work during the construction of a project. The Civil Site Supervisor will have to coordinate the review and release of drawings for construction and ensure the different contractors’ compliance to the drawings release for construction, the best practice standards in term of quality and a smooth and on time execution.
The civil site supervisor will report to the construction manager positioned at site too.
An excellent Civil Site Supervisor must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
The goal will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and following the quality requirements and without exceeding budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of civil contractors
- Daily planning of activities and its monitoring for timely delivery of the plant
- Ensuring site Quality of Execution and its proper documentation for As built drawings
- Reporting to the Construction Manager all site activities related to civil work or others
- Material control, consolidation and ratification of material reception reports
- Document control for all documents related to civil, including the drawings released for construction
- Coordination with design civil engineering team in case of deviation from the drawings and ensuring the best practice of execution at site.
- Consolidation of Return of Experience related to Civil
- Reporting and management of change in design and/or orders regarding civil
Requirements :
- Proven experience as construction project;
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and civil execution principles;
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
- A team player with leadership abilities;
- BSc/BA in civil engineering, building science or relevant field;
Compensation & Contract:
- Competitive fixed salary + strong bonuses on performance;
- 3 months’ trial period;
- Term Contract of 10 to 12 months
- Contract based in Bocaue Bulacan.
