Marketing, Communication & Business Strategy
Job Brief:
As a Marketing, Communication & Business Strategy Intern, you will join REURASIA’s Business Development department at our headquarters in Rockwell, Makati. You will work directly with top management to develop and implement a new marketing and communication strategy that supports the company’s growth, visibility, and strategic positioning. The internship is structured in three progressive phases:
Responsibilities:
- Phase 1 – Onboarding & Business Immersion (Month 1)
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s projects, competitive environment and strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmark to identify and map strategic opportunities in the ASEAN Renewable energy market.
- Assess existing marketing plan and communication tools.
- Phase 2 – Marketing Strategy (Months 2-3)
- Conceive and implement a data-driven marketing & communication strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Strategic positioning (Blue Ocean, BMC, Golden Circle, ect..)
- Target / Segmentation using ABM
- Channel strategy
- Create / Update branded materials (templates, brochures, presentations, social media assets) with Canva/Adobe Suite.
- Build and manage a content calendar tied to project pipeline and sales priorities.
- Conceive and implement a data-driven marketing & communication strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Phase 3 – Execution, Monitoring & Reporting (Months 4-6)
- Produce and publish content (LinkedIn posts, articles, client case studies, newsletters).
- Track KPI/OKRs.
- Build a reporting dashboards for Management to monitor lead generations, traffic and branding awareness.
- Deliver a final presentation including performance analysis, insights, and recommendations for future action.
- Outcome of internship
- A fully implemented B2B marketing campaign targeting ASEAN renewable energy players.
- Updated brand positioning and communication plan, validated by client feedback.
- Tangible increase in Reurasia’s visibility (KPIs: leads, website traffic, LinkedIn engagement, event presence).
Qualifications:
- Student or graduate from a Business, Marketing, or Engineering School.
- Solid foundation in strategic marketing, business development, and digital communication.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.
- Content creation skills (Copywriting, Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in digital Marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Autonomous, proactive, and creative.
