OUR PRODUCTS
PALM KERNEL SHELL

Boasting the high calorific value of about 19 MJ/kg, Palm Kernel Shell Pellet represents a powerful source of energy to operate a large structure. Manufactured to maximise pellet density which helps maintain its complete form during handling and transportation, the stored pellet itself offers an aromatic essence, which is very similar to ginseng. It is a premium choice to move towards an energy almost neutral in CO2 emissions.
EMPTY FRUIT BUNCH

Empty Fruit Bunch is an excellent biomass fuel choice for large structures and boilers, since it helps regulate internal furnace temperatures by taking advantage of its raw state variable moisture levels. We treat the fruit fibres through grinding, drying, cooling and packaging to form a combustible pellet with the high calorific value of 18MJ/kg, which ensures an excellent output. It is a quality choice for minimizing the emissions of smoke and fumes during combustion.
NAPIER GRASS

Being actually the most important fodder crop in some parts of the world, Napier Grass is a proven biomass fuel which boasts a strong ecological adaptability. Able to withstand high temperatures and humidity levels and having a strong resistance to soil acidity, the Napir Grass crops are highly adaptable. Providing pellets with a calorific value of 16MJ/kg, this source of energy is a responsible choice for all types of land.
EMPTY FRUIT BUNCH

With Asia being the world leading rice producing continent with nearly 770 million tons annually, Rice Husk pellets are a biomass fuel choice that meets a large current production. Having a calorific value of 14MJ/kg, Rice Husks pellet offers the immediate advantages of lower cost for a little less calorific value. It is an efficient fuel to valorize the remaining products of the rice fields, and thus go towards
COCONUT HUSK

Coconut Husks Pellet is an excellent choice to value unused biomass in the Philippines into an almost CO2-neutral renewable energy. Thriving on sandy soils and highly tolerant to salinity, coconut palms ensure a continuous production of coconut fibre and is a reliable source of biomass fuel. While their calorific power of 10 MJ/kg is lower than other biomass sources, valuing these fibres avoids their presence on the ground under the palm trees and thus greatly reduces fire hazards.
SUGAR CANE BAGASSE

With its very high calorific value of 18kJ/kg, Sugar Cane Bagasse Pellets is an excellent biomass fuel choice for operating large structures. Left behind after the extraction process of sugarcane manufacturing, on average nearly 2-3 tons of bagasse can be got when one ton of sugar is produced. Once homogeneously dried to the perfect moisture content, dried bagasse fibres are crushed and pressed to excellent quality pellets, purified by magnetic separators of any ferrous impurity.
CORN COB

Boasting great performance, Corn Cob is a relevant choice of biomass fuel to meet the challenges of sustainability. With a calorific power of 15 kJ/kg, it represents a powerful fuel that does not generate any smell or irritation fume. On the contrary, burning corn creates a wonderful sweet scent outdoors while reducing the impact of climate change due to greenhouse gases and pushing low-carbon economy.
How Biomass
Produces Energy
Pellet fuel is a renewable, clean burning and cost stable source of energy widely used in the world to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to add value to plant products. It is a very interesting fuel for industrialists who want to start a sustainable transition, because pellets can be used directly in the plant as fuel for boilers in the form of a 10%-30% pellet/coal mix without changing any parameters. Above this percentage, only certain combustion parameters will have to be modified. Which means that there is no need to invest in new equipment since the method of energy production by combustion is the same and the pellets are 100% compatible with the pre-existing plant!
